The Role: 

Reporting into the Delivery Manager, the Senior Design Manager is accountable for the scope, program, budget and commercial management for engineering activities of projects within Enerven’s EPC works program. As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for holding technical, commercial and management accountability for Enerven’s highest risk delivery projects exceeding $100M, be critical to the execution of the Enerven growth strategy and be required to lead the engineering delivery of Enerven’s substation, BESS and solar projects. In addition to this, you will need to be a strong leader and contributor in supporting and actively seeking out and securing new projects/contracts and adapt to new markets and technologies (occurring though early contractor involvement, leading with engineering-based solutions)

About you:

  • Specialised cross discipline technical expertise within Substation/ BESS or solar engineering with particular strength in protection & secondary systems
  • Schedule, cost and client management (5 years’ experience)
  • EPC or contracting background (5 years’ experience)
  • Current Drivers licence
