We are excited to announce our partnership with Transgrid to design and construct several greenfield grid connection substations across NSW.  

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to be based on-site for one of several upcoming projects throughout NSW.

The Role:  

Based within NSW, the Construction Manager will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and will be responsible for:  

 

  • Overseeing WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems for the entire worksite; 

  • Supervising overall work group performance, including productivity, stakeholder engagement and compliance; 

  • Coordination between subcontractors, internal staff and external stakeholders 

  • Work planning to ensure schedule and project outcomes are met 

  • Ensuring resource utilisation is cost-effective to meet budget needs. 

 

In addition to the above, you'll provide direct leadership and supervision for multiple employees and subcontractors and be the driving force behind our dedicated team delivering a large-scale project on time and to client requirements. 
 
This role might require FIFO or DIDO, depending on candidate and project location.
