The Role

The Quality Coordinator is responsible to the Systems & Improvement Business Partner and is assigned to major construction projects across Enerven. This 24-month contract role is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of Project Quality Management are in place and that all deliverables are achieved. Developing status reporting of the project deliverables and compliance through live dashboard reports. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop live dashboard reports using platforms such as Power BI.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of an ISO9001-compliant Quality Management System across all Enerven functions and activities.
  • Develop, implement and communicate project-specific Quality Management Plans in conjunction with Project Managers.
  • Implement and maintain document control systems, including drawing management and QMS processes.
  • Conduct system and project-specific audits to ensure compliance with relevant requirements, procedures and standards.
  • Develop data-driven performance reports to influence and improve project quality and overall business processes.

 

About you:

To excel in this role you will need a strong background in Quality Management, particularly within the construction or utilities sectors. You will bring advanced skills in quality management systems, project delivery, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects. Strong communication, teamwork and proficiency in various software applications are essential for success in this role.

Essential criteria

  • Degree in Engineering Electrical preferred or relevant discipline or relevant skills and knowledge gained through experience.
  • Previous experience implementing and managing an ISO 9001 certified system, preferably in the unregulated and competitive construction and maintenance business.
  • Auditor qualifications desired or experience in ensuring compliance with build requirements.
  • Relevant QMS, project delivery/completions documentation experience.
  • Current drivers’ licence.
