About the role 

Enerven are proud to be part of this high-profile SA renewables project, and to play a part in helping the state reach its target of being a net 100% renewable energy generator by 2027. 

As Project Support Officer you will lead the smooth operation of the construction project site. You’ll manage a high volume of diverse site-related administrative tasks, and will work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Project Teams, other Departments, and Contractors through each stage of the project lifecycle.    

Day to day you will:  

  • Coordinate and maintain records, data, and documentation  
  • Support accurate record keeping ensuring compliance to operating standards and requirements 
  • Manage site access procedures 
  • Support procurement processes as required 
  • Act as Project team interface to key stakeholders, as directed by the Project Manager 
  • Collate and publish project documents and weekly/monthly project reports  
  • Plan and manage all travel arrangements and approvals (short & long term) for the site team  
  • Organise, distribute and manage all Personal Protective Equipment 
  • Carry out general site duties as required to support the efficient delivery of project works 
 
This role will be offered as a 12-month Term Contract and will be based on-site at the Cultana project site. The successful candidate will be local to the area or be willing to relocate. 

Core hours will be Monday -Friday but flexibility for occasional weekend work will be required (overtime rates will apply). 

Site mobilisation is scheduled for January 2025, and initial training for the role will be held prior to mobilisation at Enerven’s Richmond Road office site (travel and accommodation expenses incurred during the training period will be covered by Enerven).  



About you 

You are a highly organised and professional administrator with experience in similar project-support roles. You have exceptional communication and relationship management skills and pride yourself on your initiative and problem-solving capabilities.  You are flexible, dynamic and resilient in fast-moving and high-pressure project environments.  

Cert IV in Business or equivalent will be highly regarded.
