    About the role
     
    Enerven’s Telecommunications and Technical Services team offer end-to-end solutions for the design, construction and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure for national telecommunications carriers, as well as utilities and defence networks and other industrial and commercial enterprises. 
     
    We have been a Tier 1 delivery partner supporting nbn’s portfolio of works for the past 14 years. Our partnership has continued to expand, leading to the growth our Project Management team. As a result, we have created a brand-new role for a Lead Project Manager, who will be responsible for providing leadership and mentorship to our Project Managers. You will ensure the successful delivery of multiple, complex construction projects from deployment, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
     
    This role is Adelaide based, however will require trips to site as required to manage the projects. When site presence is not required you will work from Enerven’s Marleston depot. 

    This role is being offered initially as a 24mth term contract.


    About you
     
    You are a seasoned Senior Project Manager with experience leading high profile NBN Telecommunications infrastructure projects. You are also a proven Leader, with experience guiding and mentoring a team of Project Managers and a portfolio of multiple complex projects.   
     
    This is a high-profile role that will have direct impact on the continued growth of our Telecommunications Program of works, as we take on bigger, more complex and diverse projects on a national scale.
