In this role, you will lead and mentor a crew of Transmission Lines Workers to deliver a wide range of construction and maintenance projects across South Australia, and interstate. This position is based at Direk, SA, with frequent travel to project sites across the SA and interstate. Typical rosters are 10 days on / 4 days off, working 11-hour days, with generous overtime (double time), and living away from home allowances. Flexibility to work varying rosters is required.About you You are a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and the ability to guide crews in complex, high-voltage environments.
