    About the role

    Enerven have secured a number of large projects that has opened up an opportunity to expand our experienced team of engineering field officers, so are now looking for another person on a 12-month contract to join the team. 

    The Engineering Field Officer is responsible for ensuring that the substation protection and control equipment operates to the standards required by our customers.

    Day to day you will:

    • Commission substations and renewable energy projects focussing on the control system, covering networking, RTUs, SCADA, protection devices
    • Responsible for commissioning reports
    • Technical troubleshooting and problem solving

     

    About you

    If you have experience with commissioning control or protection systems and have the following traits:

    • A commitment to Safety and Wellbeing

    • Be collaborative in your approach

     

    Specific qualifications and experience required include:

    • Associate Diploma in Engineering (or Electrical Trade Certificate with extensive knowledge gained through relevant  experience)
