About the role

As a result of our ambitious growth targets and interstate expansion, Enerven is on the hunt for a highly capable and commercially astute Senior Project Manager to join our Renewables Delivery team.

You will lead the development works and tendering phase of large-scale Renewables Projects, and transition through to the commercial management and delivery phase post-contract award. You will bring a particular focus on leadership, safety, quality, budget, risk and internal and external stakeholder management, and make an active contribution to maintaining a safe, productive, team-based work culture.


About you

You have a solid background in the energy industry and have built a reputation as a highly regarded and capable Project Manager. You bring demonstrated experience in the management and delivery of large complex electrical infrastructure projects (including renewable assets, batteries, high voltage powerlines and substations) covering all aspects of managing safety, commercial, finance, stakeholders, schedule, governance and delivery. 

You will be a clear and logical thinker who can quickly understand risks and issues and work to mitigate or resolve them efficiently.  You’re capable of cultivating and maintaining long-term customer relationships and can confidently and expertly manage competing priorities and conflicting deliverables, whilst always focussing on achieving the right outcomes for Enerven.
