About the role
 
Enerven’s growth over the past few years has been astronomical. From the significant growth of our renewables portfolio to winning new NBN contracts in Western Australia to the solidification of our reputation as a national player in the Australian energy industry – it’s been an exciting time. 

The size, scope and variety of our portfolio of works has never been more diverse.  As a result, we have invested heavily in a newly created centralised Delivery Support function to bring best practice, consistency and governance to all Enerven projects. 

As a Delivery Project Coordinator, you will oversee a team of up to six highly skilled and dedicated Project Support Officers, spread accords a variety of Renewables and Utilities projects.  You will create project structures and management systems and collaborate with project managers/teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure portfolio-wide consistency and control. 

Day to day you will: 

  • Lead a team that provides efficient and effective administrative support to the project delivery team (both on site and from depot/office locations)
  • Provide technical leadership, workload/task management and tracking
  • Coordinate and manage sprints with project teams
  • Assist project managers in monitoring and reporting against timelines, milestones and budgets (including financial monthly reporting and accurate tracking of costs across the program)
  • Conduct regular governance meetings with project managers and business leads 
  • Design and build appropriate tracking tools to coordinate projects and establish appropriate reporting templates
  • Assist in creating a culture that promotes a high level of performance, customer service, job satisfaction and continuous improvement. 
 

The role will be mostly based at our office at 1 Richmond Rd Keswick, but occasional travel to project sites may be required. 
 
 
About you 

This is a dream role for someone with solid experience in a Project Coordination function who is excited to take the next step towards a career in Project Management and Leadership. You will have the autonomy to drive your own team success and be a key player in helping Enerven elevate the way we coordinate, support and monitor project delivery. 

You will bring: 

  • Solid leadership experience and capability, with proven experience building and maintaining high performing teams whilst contributing to our positive team culture and work environment.
  • Experience implementing and evolving project structures and management systems, ideally in the construction industry 
  • Highly developed commercial acumen and an understanding of the complexities of project delivery 
  • Qualifications in Project Management and/or Leadership and Management (or working towards) would be highly advantageous
