About the role
 
The Delivery Manager is accountable to the Head of Engineering to provide required governance and leadership for the design management function of projects in the Enerven portfolio. The Delivery Manager will be leading a team of Design Managers who are assigned to multidisciplinary major projects, and their responsibility is the management of design and engineering deliverables from project concept until final commissioning and close out. 
 
The Delivery Manager will manage Enerven's risk and exposure from a design management and engineering delivery aspect and are responsible in terms of safety in design, design schedule, quality, and commercial aspects. 
 
 
About you
 
Ideally this candidate will have a strong background in Electrical infrastructure engineering, with a specific focus on design delivery.
 
Specific qualifications and experience required include: 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing engineering and design teams of national, multidisciplinary project portfolios >$100M. 
  • Demonstrated experience (10-15 years) in a similar position within the electrical or relevant construction industry. 
  • Project and Design Leadership / Management experience.
