    About the role
     
    Enerven’s story is an exciting one. Our evolution from a purely South Australian business to a national player has been rapid, and our trajectory is not slowing down as we continue to expand our national footprint.  This newly created role will be instrumental in building the necessary capability within our Training Function to support this continued growth. 

    Your key focus will be to partner with Operational Leaders to explore and understand their unique training needs, both now and into the future. You will conduct critical analysis of our existing training management systems and processes to provide advice and recommendations for operational efficiency and continued improvement. 

    You will be the conduit between the Enerven business and key stakeholders), ensuring clear lines of communication for escalation, process and system improvement.  You will review and assess training suitability, utilisation, cost efficiency and compliance to ensure optimal outcomes for the Enerven business. 
     
    Reporting to the Head of HR, day to day you will: 

    • Develop and maintain robust compliance reporting and communication to ensure training compliance targets are consistently achieved
    • Ensure day-to-day training administration and coordination is highly efficient and provide an effective service delivery to our stakeholders
    • Plan and coordinate the promotion a of training and development programs and campaigns
    • Act as a first point of contact for the SAPN Training and L&D teams to provide technical support, leadership, advice and direction 
    • Develop and maintain training management frameworks, systems, plans and processes for Enerven training that meet registered training organisation requirements, audit & compliance protocols, legislation, business needs and client requirements
     
     
    About you
     
    You will bring: 
     
    • Experience in a Training Specialist role in a high risk/compliance driven industry (construction industry experience would be ideal) 
    • Advanced capability in managing training activities, training matrix development and frameworks, and using learning management systems
    • Highly developed reporting and excel skills
    • Proven ability in relationship building and business partnering 
    • Leadership capability (this role will have one direct report)
    • Diploma in Training & Assessment or the equivalent level of skill would be highly regarded but is not essential
