As part of this evolution, we’re reimagining our Human Resources function to be a true strategic partner in our business. In this newly created role, you’ll play an integral part in supporting the HR team as we drive this exciting transformation. Acting as the backbone of the function, you’ll provide vital support across HR Operations, Training, and Talent — helping to streamline processes, remove roadblocks, and enable the team to focus on delivering high-impact initiatives. 

 

Day to day you will provide a broad range of administrative support, including:  

 

 

You are a proactive HR Administrator looking to join a dynamic, high-performing People & Culture team. 

 

Whether you are a recent HR graduate looking to kickstart your HR career, or a seasoned HR Administration Rock Star - your input will be highly valued, and your ongoing development supported.

 

You will bring: 

• Experience in similar HR Support roles
• A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to stay cool, calm and collected (and thrive!) in a fast paced, high-performing team environment
• A can-do attitude and the desire to learn and grow within the HR space
• Qualifications in HR will be highly regarded, but definitely not essential
