You will need a high level of safety awareness, ability to take and follow instruction and work in a team environment and be familiar with and skilled in the use of power tools and small to large equipment.This role will be predominantly working away on construction sites on a 10:4 roster (all over time at x2 + generous LAFHA apply).About youWe are seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses a strong can-do attitude and demonstrates initiative in all aspects of their work. You will have a solid background in the trade or civil industry, bringing practical experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.You are comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and effectively contributing to team goals. A passion for continuous learning and improvement, combined with a hands-on approach to tackling challenges and a commitment to safety, will be key to succeeding in this role.Specific qualifications and experience required include:
