The expertise and dedication of our people spans the entire electricity network, so careers at Enerven are defined by meaningful contributions and impactful work.

At Enerven, we’re connecting you with tomorrow.

    About the role

Enerven brings 15 years of proven expertise delivering large-scale NBN infrastructure projects, and now we're looking for a driven and organised Project Support Officer to join our team in Marleston on a 24-month fixed-term contract.

You will be supporting the delivery of critical NBN construction projects, and as part of a tight-knit team of five, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy construction site. Working directly with the Lead Project Manager, you’ll support all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, while managing a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks.

    Duties include:

    • Coordinate and maintain records, data, and documentation
    • Monitor and manage contractor artefacts and prepare admin activities for field technicians
    • Support accurate record keeping ensuring compliance to operating standards and requirements
    • Support Project Managers with Purchase Orders, invoicing, payments, and retention processes
    • Manage land access components, including notifications to councils and cultural heritage awareness
    • Manage site access procedures
    • Support procurement processes as required
    • Act as Project team interface to key stakeholders, as directed by the Project Manager
    • Collate and publish project documents and weekly/monthly project reports
    • Plan and manage all travel arrangements and approvals (short & long term) for the site team
    • Organise, distribute and manage all Personal Protective Equipment

Core hours will be Monday - Friday but with some flexibility for overtime. This role also offers the chance to visit field sites and engage directly with contractors and other staff, but will predominantly be office-based working closely with the project team.

    About you

You’ll be the team’s communication hub, confidently liaising with contractors, project managers, and internal teams. Managing key deliverables, project records, and reports, you’ll also support quality, HSE, purchasing and site access. Strong organisation, a proactive attitude, and experience in telecommunications or construction (e.g. NBN) are essential.

Specific qualifications and experience required include:

    • Cert IV in Business or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience in a similar technical based role
    • Minimum 5 + years’ experience in a similar role
    • Current Drivers License
