Enerven brings 15 years of proven expertise delivering large-scale NBN infrastructure projects, and now we're looking for a driven and organised Project Support Officer to join our team in Marleston on a 24-month fixed-term contract.
You will be supporting the delivery of critical NBN construction projects, and as part of a tight-knit team of five, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy construction site. Working directly with the Lead Project Manager, you’ll support all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, while managing a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks.
Duties include:
Core hours will be Monday - Friday but with some flexibility for overtime. This role also offers the chance to visit field sites and engage directly with contractors and other staff, but will predominantly be office-based working closely with the project team.
About you
You’ll be the team’s communication hub, confidently liaising with contractors, project managers, and internal teams. Managing key deliverables, project records, and reports, you’ll also support quality, HSE, purchasing and site access. Strong organisation, a proactive attitude, and experience in telecommunications or construction (e.g. NBN) are essential.
