About the role
This full time, permanent role is based in Hindmarsh and reports to the Senior Bid Manager. It is an integral part of a small team who specialise in leading the bid process and preparing competitive tenders for high voltage infrastructure, electrical distribution, and transmission networks within South Australia.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates using Pronamics estimating software
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, from document review to bid submission and kickoff meetings
- Coordinate input from multiple internal stakeholders, creating project calendars and tracking pricing contributions
- Develop and oversee approval packs, risk workshops, governance reviews, and tender documentation
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Conduct site visits with delivery teams to assess projects and gather insights for tender preparation
About you
You are a driven individual with a strong technical background in HV, substations, and transmission lines. You take ownership of your work and thrive in a collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to balance independence and teamwork.
Skills and experience require include:
- Estimating experience (desirable)
- Technical, hands-on experience in electrical infrastructure
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
