About the role
Our Document Control team form an integral part of our Systems and Improvement team, who are responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of Enerven’s Quality Management System. This is a high performing and highly valued team, who play a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery.
Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, you and the team will be responsible for ensuring Enerven system and project documents, drawings and records are managed consistently and in line with formal management processes, client requirements and controls.
Day to day you will:
- Establish and manage project document registers (documents, form, designs and drawings etc) and ensure correct project numbering of documentation
- Coordinate documentation for the project management team, site personnel and for clients (both internal and external)
- Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and processes
- Provide advice, user training and work instructions/processes to ensure quality records, data and drawings are produced and maintained
- Maintain a project filing system in accordance with client requirements
- Continuously assess processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure that electronic and hard copies of quality files are altered for newly developed or changed procedures, work instructions and manuals
This role is offered as an 18-month term contract, with the potential to become permanent.
About you
You’re a real stickler for detail and thrive in a fast-paced project environment. You enjoy the nitty gritty - spotting gaps and errors, finding what others miss, and making sure documentation is accurate, complete and in order. You’re comfortable working on repetitive, ongoing tasks and have the focus and persistence to see them through.
You’re curious, not afraid to ask questions and comfortable working with people across the business. You know when it’s time to put your headphones on and get in the zone, and when it’s time to step out of your shell to be a collaborative team member or engage with stakeholders to keep projects moving.
You will bring:
- Experience in a project-driven environment in Project Administration, Project Coordination, Quality and/or Document Control functions
- A proactive, methodical approach and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite
- Exposure to document management systems (e.g. Aconex, TeamBinder, SPF etc.) is preferable, but not essential
