About the role
This Quality Coordinator position at Enerven is being offered on a 12-month basis and reports to the Quality & Business Improvement Consultant. Its focus is on ensuring comprehensive Project Quality Management on major energy infrastructure construction projects, delivering all required outputs on time. The role supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of a fully compliant ISO 9001 Quality Management System while promoting a quality-focused, continuous improvement culture across the organisation. The role involves extensive collaboration, negotiation, and influence with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to align all activities with quality assurance standards and contract terms.
- Drive ISO 9001 QMS development, implementation, and maintenance across all Enerven operations and activities
- Create and communicate project-specific Quality Management Plans with project managers for teams and clients
- Oversee document control systems like Aconex, InEight Team Binder etc., managing drawings, processes, and Inspection Test Plans
- Develop, review and improve QA documentation as needed including Inspection Test Plans, Inspection Test Checklists, Management Plans, process map, reports etc.
- Conduct audits, resolve non-conformances, and collaborate on improvement requests to boost compliance and continuous improvement
- Support the building of dashboards using Power BI and Office 365 to deliver real-time insights for smarter project quality and business decisions
About you
The ideal candidate for this role is a collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude. They excel at building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors through open communication and a customer-focused approach that ensures swift resolution of issues while driving compliance with quality standards and requirements.
Other skills and experience include:
- Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline or relevant skills and knowledge gain through experience
- Previous experience implementing and managing an ISO 9001 certified system, preferably in the unregulated and competitive construction and maintenance business
- Auditor qualifications and experience in auditing Quality Management Systems
- Relevant QMS, project delivery / completions documentation experience
