About The Opportunity

As Enerven continues to expand its portfolio of renewable energy and electrical infrastructure projects across South Australia, we are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead the delivery of major HV, substation and Balance of Plant (BOP) works.

These roles will play a critical part in delivering complex infrastructure projects across BESS, wind and transmission, from early development and tendering through to construction, commissioning and handover.

This is a site-led delivery role, requiring strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams and contractors to ensure safe, commercially successful and high-quality project outcomes.

Depending on project timing and awards, multiple opportunities may be available.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale electrical infrastructure and renewable energy projects
• Drive construction execution across HV, substation and BOP civil and electrical scopes
• Provide leadership across safety, quality, risk, cost, schedule and governance
• Manage client relationships, contractors and key delivery partners
• Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Engineers and site-based personnel
• Oversee commercial performance, including budgets, forecasting, variations and risk management
• Contribute to tendering, planning and work-winning activities

About You

You are an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in construction-led delivery of electrical infrastructure projects.

You will bring:

• Proven experience delivering HV, substation or major electrical infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership capability across site-based, multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working within Tier 1 contractors, utilities or infrastructure delivery organisations
• Solid commercial and contract management capability
• The ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive delivery outcomes
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on safety and performance
