Enerven specialises in the design, construction and maintenance of electrical, telecommunications, and renewable infrastructure, with specific expertise and experience relating to South Australia’s distribution and transmission network infrastructure.

We are now seeking to appoint an experienced Powerline Team Leader to join our team on a permanent basis.  

The Role:

The Depot Team Leader reports to the Operations Leader and is responsible for specialist maintenance and restoration of complex Transmission and Distribution equipment. 

The successful candidate will lead a small team providing technical guidance and on-site coordination of planned work and trades, to deliver quality and timely service for our customers. You will be a good fit for this role if you have: 

  • Experience with safety and risk management systems 
  • Extensive experience in the maintenance and commissioning of high voltage transmission / distribution powerline equipment 
  • Proven leadership and project management capability 

We are seeking a candidate who works with a can-do attitude who can easily adapt to changing schedules, and continuously review and optimise their own time and that of their team. You will be a leader who can model great teamwork and a strong work ethic. 

Essential Role Requirements

  • Certificate of Trade – Powerline
  • Extensive Powerline experience
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Required to live in Roxby Downs township
  • A strong commitment to working safely
  • A passion for leadership

The successful candidate may be required to work overtime as required, perform availability duties, and work away as required both intra and interstate.

You will receive a further $42,900 per year zone allowance in addition to your yearly earnings, 3 months free accommodation and further retention incentives after 18 months.
