Our appointment to TransGrid’s Construction Services Panel Agreement (CSPA) reflects our proven capability to safely deliver high-voltage infrastructure projects up to 500kV — including transmission line upgrades, substation construction, and full design-and-construct solutions.
Our NSW Delivery team is responsible for delivering critical electrical infrastructure projects across the state. We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a strong background in substation or heavy industrial construction to join the team.
In this role you will provide direct leadership and supervision for multiple employees and subcontractors and be the driving force behind our dedicated team delivering a large-scale project on time and to client requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
-
overseeing WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems for the entire worksite
-
supervising overall work group performance, including productivity, stakeholder engagement and compliance
-
coordination between subcontractors, internal staff and external stakeholders
-

-
work planning to ensure schedule and project outcomes are met
-
ensuring resource utilisation is cost-effective to meet budget needs.
This role involves working on project sites across NSW. Rosters vary depending on project requirements, with a typical roster of 11 days on / 3 days off, 10-hour days, plus overtime and travel allowances. As Construction Manager, you will be required to be on-site to effectively lead project delivery.
About you
You’re an experienced civil construction supervisor with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You confidently lead diverse subcontractor teams and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to resolve complex project challenges. You’re driven to lead safe, high-performing teams and deliver work to the highest quality standards.
You will bring:
-
Extensive experience managing major earthworks and civil construction on substation, electrical infrastructure, or similar large-scale projects
-
Strong experience leading crews and managing subcontractors on construction sites
-
Experience delivering projects for Transgrid (highly regarded)
-
