Future metering opportunities | Multiple engagement options | Adelaide & Regional Areas  

Enerven is building its talent and contractor network to support a future pipeline of metering work across South Australia. 

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Metering Technicians and licensed electrical professionals with metering experience who would be interested in working with Enerven as future opportunities become available. 

We recognise experienced metering professionals work in different ways. Rather than limiting this opportunity to one employment model, we are open to discussing a range of engagement options, including: 

• Permanent employment, 

• Fixed-term employment, 

• Sole trader / independent contractor arrangements, 

• Subcontractor arrangements. 

Whether you are looking for the security and benefits of employment, prefer to operate independently, or are simply interested in understanding what future opportunities may be available with Enerven, we would like to hear from you. 

The work 

Depending on upcoming packages and requirements, opportunities may include: 

• Installation, maintenance and testing of whole current metering equipment, 

• Installation, maintenance and testing of CT metering equipment, 

• Investigation and rectification of metering equipment communication faults, 

• Meter accuracy testing and inspections, 

• Maintaining accurate installation and work records, 

• Working safely and in accordance with relevant standards, procedures and legislative requirements. 

Work will primarily be within metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding areas, with potential regional requirements depending on the package of work. 

Who we'd like to hear from 

We are interested in connecting with people who have: 

• SA Electrical Workers Registration, 

• Current driver's licence, 

• Electrical metering experience, 

• Strong safety, quality and customer focus, 

• Ability to work independently in field-based environments, 

For those interested in contractor or subcontractor arrangements, relevant business registrations, licences, insurances and other compliance requirements will be discussed as part of the engagement process.
