About the role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure projects across Enerven’s transmission and energy portfolio.
Working closely with clients, project teams, suppliers and key stakeholders, you will be accountable for delivering complex projects safely, commercially and in line with schedule, quality and performance expectations.
Day to day you will:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of major, multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects.
- Manage project performance across safety, schedule, cost, risk, quality and commercial outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and key project stakeholders.
- Provide project and construction leadership, including practical delivery input during tender and pre-contract phases.
- Develop and maintain project reporting, financial forecasts and progress updates to support effective decision making.
The role may require intrastate and interstate travel, along with some out-of-hours work in line with project requirements.
About you
You are an experienced project delivery professional with a strong track record delivering complex infrastructure projects. You bring commercial judgement, strong stakeholder management and the ability to lead projects through competing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on safety and delivery.
Specific qualifications and experience required include:
- Diploma in Project Management or equivalent capability gained through relevant experience.
- Significant experience managing large, multi-million-dollar projects within a technical, energy or infrastructure environment.
- Demonstrated experience across project delivery, commercial management, risk, financial performance and reporting.
- Strong client, contractor and stakeholder management capability, including negotiation and consultation.
- Current and valid driver’s licence.
Experience across transmission, substations, utilities, renewable energy, BESS or other major energy infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
