About the role
It’s an exciting time at Enerven. Our business is growing rapidly on a national scale, and we’re focused on strengthening our Finance function to support this success.
This new role partners with the business’s key operational support functions - areas where growth and complexity are increasing and stronger financial governance is essential. You will provide sharp financial insight, uplift performance management, and help leaders understand the drivers of cost and value so they can make smarter strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business unit leaders to manage costs, monitor performance, and drive financial accountability.
- Analyse data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making, manage risk, and achieve commercial objectives.
- Lead month-end processes, delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting with variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain robust budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes that reveal key performance drivers.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial systems and reporting tools to streamline processes, improve governance, and meet evolving business needs.
This role will be offered initially as a 12mth Term Contract position.
About You
You are an experienced Finance Business Partner, eager to grow your skills in a rapidly growing and evolving business. You thrive in dynamic commercial environments and are motivated by supporting leaders to make smarter, data-driven decisions.
You will bring:
- A Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role
- A strong desire to join a growing business as part of a dynamic, innovative, and commercially minded team.
