Office Coordinator

- Macquarie Park, NSW, NSW, Australia, 2113
- Full time (7.5 hrs)
Enerven delivers electrical infrastructure and telecommunications solutions that are vital to connecting communities across Australia. Our design, construction, and maintenance services ensure reliable power generation, transmission, and distribution to homes and businesses nationwide – and our commitment to renewable energy and resilient grid infrastructure sets us apart.
The expertise and dedication of our people spans the entire electricity network, so careers at Enerven are defined by meaningful contributions and impactful work.
At Enerven, we’re connecting you with tomorrow.
About the role
Enerven’s national footprint continues to grow, with strong momentum and rapid expansion in NSW. We’ve outgrown our Sydney CBD office and will be relocating to our brand-new corporate premises in Macquarie Park in March.
To support this next chapter, we’re looking for an exceptional Administrator to be the heartbeat of our new Sydney home. This hands-on, people-first role will play a critical part in creating an environment that is organised, efficient and, just as importantly, enjoyable to be in.
No two days will be the same. You’ll be a natural organiser who can keep multiple plates spinning with confidence and calm, while bringing warmth, energy and personality to everything you do.
Day to day you will:
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new starters, ensuring they are set up for success from day one
- Act as the friendly, professional first point of contact for the Sydney office
- Create and maintain a welcoming, organised and well-run office environment
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support, helping the wider team work more effectively
- Raise purchase orders in SAP and manage related documentation
- Create, track and continuously improve office processes, systems and workflows
- Manage office supplies, stationery, kitchen facilities and services
- Coordinate general facilities management, including liaising with cleaners and building maintenance
- Drive office culture through the facilitation of social club activities and team initiatives
- Act as a backup to the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, Delivery, as required
You’ll work independently from the Sydney office as part of the National Delivery Support team. While this role offers autonomy and the opportunity to make it your own, you’ll be well supported by established systems, regular check-ins, quality training and a collaborative national network.
This role is office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Your positive presence will be critical to your success, so work from home will be limited to exceptional circumstances.
This role is being offered as a 2 year Term Contract.
About you
This role is perfect for someone who loves being the go-to person, thrives on creating order, and genuinely enjoys bringing people together. If you’ve got a big personality, exceptional admin and customer service skills, a strong sense of initiative and take pride in making things run smoothly, we want to hear from you!
