About the Role
This newly created position within the Strategy and Development team has become available due to recent and anticipated growth within the organisation. Enerven are offering this role on a full time, permanent basis with flexibility to be located in Adelaide or Sydney. This is a key central role in the team requiring a high level of organisational skill, initiative, and professionalism to support four Senior Bid Managers—as well as senior and executive managers ensuring a seamless and highly efficient workflow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the preparation of bid plans and manage tools and systems
- Provide bid administration support by coordinating schedules, documentation and non-technical inputs
- Maintain document control, submission-ready folders, templates and final bid files
- Assist with meetings, minute taking, portal uploads, and process improvements
- Facilitate smooth and efficient internal processes
- Maintain accurate project records and produce regular reports
- Liaise with stakeholders across departments to maintain clear lines of communication
- Coordinate meetings and schedules across multiple teams
- Support daily office operations to keep the team running smoothly

About You
As a senior administrator, you bring strong systems expertise and well-developed written communication skills. You’re highly organised, with a proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple complex tasks effectively. Experience in an Executive Assistant or team administration role is highly regarded.
Other skills and experience include:
- Cert IV in Business or an equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Effective communication and the ability to negotiate priorities
- Proficient systems knowledge including MS Office, experience with CRMs, and Adobe Acrobat
